Provided your business is eligible and you have an aspiration for export, ClientLink can help you to succeed in overseas markets utilising the financial assistance available from the Victorian state government to off-set your business financial investment. Structure and duration of the Grow Your Business programThe Grow Your Business program consists of 3 distinct stages: 1. Review – Information is gathered on your business and other markets to assist in the exploration of export options & decision making. 2. Plan –Business capabilities are assessed and a tailored export plan is then developed which outlines market entry strategy and selling tactics in the chosen overseas markets. 3. Execute – The agreed plan is actioned by the business. Coaching support is delivered to provide leadership and overall implementation success.
Eligibility and Commitment:If your business has been trading for at least 2 years, can demonstrate financial viability, is victorian based with a goal to expand into overseas markets, and currently has a turnover of A$ 1 million or more, then it is eligible for this program. ClientLink will take on 90 to 95 % of the workload in the initial stages and facilitate establishing your export strategy, ready for your business to take over increased involvement from the execution stage. We can continue to provide support throughout the execution stage to mentor and guide the business to achieve success. Reach your export goals sooner!The Grow Your Business program allows your business to extend its' expertise and capabilities in a reduced financial manner. Any company investment exceeding the Victorian state government grant contribution may be eligible for claiming via the federal government EMDG scheme or as a regular tax deduction, but you should check with your tax accountant on the latter.
